suggestion to gbank Empty
PostSubject: suggestion to gbank   suggestion to gbank EmptySat Feb 20, 2010 10:03 am

1/ i think we dont need have in gbank any green items, sockets, glyphs etc, because if any1 need something he can ask guild for it (items for his levels, glyphs, etc) or look on gforum who has profession for that characters (tailoring for mages etc) or who has enscription etc. Guild can craft some items for guild members if they wish something
2/ for tab 2: i think daily withdraws 1 stack for tab where are recipes for profession are too low
3/for tab 4 : my sugestion is all members and higher rank and his alt´s too can have privileges for that tab "look only, no withdraws" and we can put on this tab blue and better items, and if any1 need something he can look on this tab, and if he need something from that tab he can ask guild for that item...

P.S. no flame, no spam pls :-)

Hi Durbog

TY for your saying on the GB.

I will try to answer all your "needs" Wink

1,2/ We have tried to let ppl withdraw more from the GB. We had 2 Ninjas... -> ergo 1 item pr day is enough. PPL can ask a leader if they need more.
Still I agree with you that there are to much "crap" in the lower tabs, but we span all lvls so I still think some might need this.
Kharlid is doing a good job with the GB, and we sometimes sell off the low lvl stuff.
3/ Tab 4 is now open for all members. I thought it already was open for look only. Well TY for reminding me.

If you have any ideas on further improvements, just tell us. Will probably not agrea with all, but nice to know your thoughts!

ok, but it will be managed...new recruit, alt ranks can have privileges withdraws 1 stack per day, members can withdraws 2 stack per day, leaders alt and higher no limit to withdraws, only my suggestion, it be good, because "full" acces to GB will gain only members who are in guild long time and we know they are not "ninjas"...And, if any1 withdraws too much items, that this character or his alt´s not need, that char will gain, for example, rank "warning" and if he coninous with withdawing from gbank we can kick him...

and, i think we can put into rules of us weekly charged, based of characters level, for example level 80 50g...

P.S. please write your react here, no as private message to me, thanks

Thanks for posting your thoughts - I check what goes in and out of the Guild bank at least once a day (which is how we caught the ninjas, they were warned but kept on doing it) - also to try and see what people use.

You are right there is too much stuff that is not being used. I will think a lot about what you say, it would be nice if other people also posted their thoughts = more people = more good ideas.

I like your idea of making people register on website before they get promoted but I think maybe we can let them get a little bit higher than 'new member' before they must register.

Guild bank handling:

I think we can make tab1 open for 5 withdrawals pr. day for members.

We can also have an enchanter DE gear under a certain lvl. Say lvl 25?
Putting DE mats back can help others lvling enchanting or even getting an enchant.

Think your idea is good, but with some modifications.
We need ppl to register, but dont thing that demoting members that dont register is a good idea.
But to get above member rank, we can demand registration.

We can also make tab 3 a bit more open.
Stuff that we are able to make at a low cost, should be accessable for more ppl.
I am thinking that ppl need glyphs, so thining on setting 2 items withdraw pr day. (That should be enough, you donr open all glyph slots on your char at the same time)

I think for now tab 4 should be view only & you have to ask for an item (leaders only can access), eventually we should aim to have tab 3 as restricted access but at the moment we do not have much that is that good to put in it.

More access for low levels for people of higher ranks on the lower tabs. People ninjaing is bad but at least we found out so we can kick them before they do any real harm (its not as if the gear is actually worth anything). If we loose a few greens then its no loss and we know that a player is not trustworthy.

Glyphs I will not be adding to, once the ones there go (or if we have something better to put in) I will not replace them, people can ask for new glyps.

Gems we may as well have in GB atm as we dont have anything better to put in.

I dont think we should have a fee to pay into the bank, I pay for my own repairs so dont intend to pay 50g into bank for each of my lvl 80 chara's, def not each week (I dont make that much).

I forgot to ansver the fee part.
It is good that ppl put some gold into the GB.
If they take something that they need, a small amount of gold will only benefit the guild. (Its optional).

Still I wont put up a GB fee for all.
That will be to hard for those that doesnt have a lvl 80.

Putting some gold into the bank is a thing that all chars should keep in mind.
Even 1 or 2 gold pr week pr char would do a big difference in guild gold.
All the gold in GB will be used for GUILD matters. Even repairs when we get enough.

Repairs for tanks helping others getting gear is one thing that I consider as a fair thing to use GB gold for.
But think we need another tab first.

GB will be used for helping ALL ppl in the guild.

Pax.
